LIFE COACHING

ROLE OF A COACH  A coach listens, reflects, questions, suggests, supports, and co-creates a safe environment for you to encourage self-exploration and implementation of your life’s desires and goals. A coach strives to maintain a sense of unconditional acceptance of who you are and supports your decisions and action plan to make positive changes in your life.

Life Coaching is NOT an intervention for people with problems. It is for people who have a purpose and a strong desire to get really good at everything needed to fulfill it. Life Coaching is not psychotherapy or psychological counseling. Coaches do not diagnose or treat. If you are in need of medical advice or treatment, please consult with your appropriate medical professional.

ROLE OF A COACHING CLIENT  A coaching client is someone like you, with an agenda/goal/desire, who is ready to make positive changes in their life. Like many of us, you may be looking for that extra pair of eyes to help uncover your blind spot, or that extra pair of ears to help listen objectively and identify what you may NOT be hearing. Maybe it is just as simple as wanting to commit to a new and improved lifestyle. Whatever your reasons for wanting to work with a life coach, know that you have found a coach that is committed to supporting and encouraging your growth and evolution in an unconditional and non-judgmental manner while helping you achieve your personal and professional goals.
