  • What do you actually do in sessions with your clients?
In our sessions, we’ll start by exploring what brought you to counseling and identifying your goals for healing and growth. Together, we’ll create a practical and achievable plan of action tailored to your unique needs, focusing on both immediate challenges and long-term transformation. Along the way, we’ll address not only the surface issues but also deeper, underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck. As part of your healing process, I’ll ask you to have an accountability person—someone who can support and encourage you outside of our sessions. This added layer of support will help you stay on track as you work toward your goals. With a safe and compassionate space, we’ll also talk about your hopes, dreams, and the steps to move forward into a life of freedom and fulfillment.
  • Do your clients receive assignments to work on between sessions?

  • What do I need to know to make the most out of working with you?
I encourage you to commit to the work of emotional healing. In turn, you’ll get 100% commitment from me in helping you during your journey. Also, before making this commitment, think of the time it will involve. It has taken years to get to where you are now. Your emotional healing will also take time.
